Hmmm.....
The fading looks a little bad; it has okay depth.
Maybe add a more apparant light scource?
I wouldn't say it's bad.... well, I like it alot, actually :).

I actually like the sig alot Misty...^-^

Though, my only problem is with the depth. It looks like Hitsugaya is in front of the darkness around him. Maybe like a scizzor look?

Try making it look like this kinda depth:

The ----'s represent the black on your sig. The Hitsugaya represents the...yeah....<.<

@Misty, um, you can add depth through adding more colors but that doesn't always work.
