I suggest making a separate thread for this question. But I think you should just wait a while longer, my video took 45 minutes to upload, then about another 5 minutes to optimize. The amount of time you have to wait mostly depends on how big your video is.

The best part is about 3:16. It looks like a shark gets Sora, then aliens abduct him.

I was laughing out load at that part and had to watch it several times.
