Did I just completly screw myself?

Well yeah I finished soras story in Re:com. And after that went onto Riku. Now If what I remember from com is correct when you started a new game with riku you still save in the same slot, its just that you get a choice of who your playing as when you load. Anyway I kinda overwitten my sora game with riku. >_> And I dont think I can get it back.. Will sora become available after I beat rikus story or did I just do one hell of a bobo?

You should be able to play as sora period, even without beating Riku's game. You just have to start a new game thats all. You should still have the clear data though as i think that's stored in a seperate file on your memory card

Yes, it will. But you'd have to start a new game, and a new one with Sora [in the first question after selecting 'New Game'], that is.
