Don't think it's a remake, but rather as a Advent Children +, bit like Final Mix, it will probably have extra scenes and features, and it says blue ray on the scan, so my guess is that it will be in HD

I know what you mean, the first half was quite slow. But i have a feeling it will be Japanese only.

I've heard Blu-Ray isn't doing so well, although the PS3 hasn't come out yet... Anyway, this probably isn't worth buying. You can probably just find the new scenes on the internet anyway. (When it comes out, of course.)
