For your 3rd sig, that's pretty good. Though there are a few things I want to point out.

The sig is really light. It needs at least one point that has a small gradient or color change. Possibly a darker pink? But that's just me :) Your text could've been bigger. And it's kinda plain. Otherwise, it's a really good start for a 3rd sig.

I dun like the streek of light across her chest (Just noticed it... wasnt lookin on purpose *Is not a perv*) A gradient or 5 would be nice... maybe a filter as well *Is gradient/filter whore* A little bit simpler text and blended alittle more at that, and I would honestly not see much else wrong.

Also... The way you used teh scanlines is very fugly... I could help you learn how to use them if you like.
