Well i defeated Sephiroth.
But i want to fight him again.
Is there any other way besides restarting the game?

Nope, don't think so unless there's some code.
You can always save right before the fight and then continue saving on another file so that you can come back to the fight if you want whenever you want.

ill tell you wat i did i saved the game before beating him then saved in another file so i can play him over and over again i just cant save on that file

well yea it easy to beat him in lvl 99 with ultima weapon but i felt like fighting Cloud Tifa Yuffie and Squall

To face him again you have to save a seperate file right before him. If not, you're gonna have to restart the game.

Yeah...either restart the game, or you can save a brand new file before you fight him, then you can fight him whenever ya want.

I did the same thing for Timeless River, and the 1K heartless battle. Works like a charm.

Get bunch of elixers keep doing trinity limit to him....

Trinity is one of the best moves. What made me like it was the fact that's what I did to Demyx to beat him.

I can't even get past his 1st healthbar at level 58 (now I'm 60, I didn't get to try it yet). Should I use the Keyblade with the MP Boost or stick with the Oblivian Keyblade?

Well one day I got up and said...hmmm i wanna kill sephey...so I tried and tried broke 5 controllers and 1 tv befor i finnally beat him...so i just kept trying and finnaly beat him....
