GILGAMESH GILGAMESH RAH RAH RAH!! He has 6 arms, neat armor, he TALKS, unlike most other bosses, he has his own THEME MUSIC, he has his own SIDEKICK (Enkidu), and he's really not a bad guy at heart. He just seeks the sword of Legend.

I must say, that Jenova is coolest villain in FF games. Reasons= Her/his theme is great. She/He looks cool.
Cons= She is too easy.
But Sephiroth is cool too, but he is not as cool as Jenova.

I've never played VI, but from what I hear, Kefka is pretty cool. My other favourites are Sephiroth, Seymour (that ever-annoying high voice...), and Shuyin. Shuyin was easy to beat, but if you read Neogenisis by Mjai on Fanfiction.net, you'll understand why. An undead soul tormented by grief and self-hatred who possesses people and makes them kill each other, who got locked in a cave for a thousand years, where he went even more insane, was released by accident, killed everyone in his path, stole a giant weapon that could blow up the world with ONE shot if it wanted to, possessed the aeons to make them kill people, generated fiends in the temples to kill people, and was eventually sent to rest when YRP sent him packing with their ultimate secret weapon...

...a hot girl to distract him.
