my problem is that my game maybe freeze everytime I finished it. I can see the results and hear the music but I can't do anything like replay newstart the story or save.
I have to reset the PS2 what can I do ???

I think I got a bug in the results of the game I make the game complete and than the results came and my control is broken I just can see the results and hear the sounds but can't make anything

Kingdom Hearts has no newstart, or continued save option.
The game ends there, and you HAVE to restart your Ps2, because that's how they have the game designed. You don't get to keep your levels from the final bosses. The best you can do is just start from before hand and go do other stuff, then come back.
