Do you think it goes on forever...?Does it stop somewhere?if it does than whats outside of that and that ect.?

I think that the universe must go on forever. Galaxies expand when others are destroyed. If it was finite then what would be beyond it holding it in place? I don't think we will ever know the full truth.

That sounds really interesting.. Everything does seem to revolve around something else...maybe it suggests a finite barrier.

Think about it - if the 'universe' had an end, what would be beyond that end? nothingness? It's such a vague question that science will never be able to answer.

i like what Roxas said, though we will never really know. its interesting to think what would be beyond it if it did stop. nothingness comes to mind, but if not, what else? a parallel universe? maybe? but what if theres something completely different? something beyond our imagination and comprehension?

anyways, just throwing ideas out there for the sake of interest and discussion.

I don't think it ever ends. I'm sure there is an end to OUR Universe, and then after that there is something that is holding possibly countless other universes. If you saw MIB you'd know. =P Except in Universes, not galaxies.

But eh, just a thought/opinion. I also agree that it can't be determined, so yeah. xD

our universe is just one plane on a much greater multiverse or so some say they also say that gravity sense it is such a weak force is actualy leaking in from a nother universe

The universe is always expanding, therefore it never ends. It's a very simple concept. There is only one universe, but there are many galaxies.
