This game got a 9/10 for PSP so it must be good. I heard it was for ps1 though.

Well, you could be talking about two things which appears so.

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth for the PSP
Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria for the PS2

Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is a PSP port of the original Valkyrie Profile for the PSone. They have identical storylines and everything, except the port was graphically enhanced with new cutscenes. Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria serves as a prequel to Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth as the storyline is set hundreds of years before the time of Lenneth the Valkyrie.

i own the game. Its pretty good and its my first valkryie profile game ive bought. Even though its 2d, the battle system is interesting.:)

He is talking about VP - 2 for the PS2.

VP - 1 was for PS1 and VP - Lenneth was the PSP Port.

I own this game and it does in fact look absolutely beautiful, expecially if you use PS2 component cables and load the game up in it 480p mode.

VP is and RPG but it is much different than Final Fantasy or Pokemon in both Gameplay and Storytelling.

Well I know that the first one has been ported onto the PSP....which I am so waiting on as I aven't played it yet since it never got released on the PSone over here :mad:

VP: Lenneth is seriously fun, and it's by tri-Ace (the people behind Radiata Stories and the Star Ocean games). Right now I'm on chapter 2 with Nanami and Jun recruited. I transferred Belenus since getting Llewelyn to the recommended hero value was too tough -- he had too many negative traits. I'd like to play VP: Silmeria, but I have to convince my parents since I'll be going to college soon and they have a strict "No more games" policy... ><;
