isnt there a way to copy the data on a kh2fm and paste it on a kh2 so we can fight roxas and stuff and it can be in full english comand menu

Actually, yes there is. But it's very difficult.

You either need advanced C++ Knowledge, or one ****ing good hacking program.

The best you could do is replace Sephiroth with Terra, or maybe Shadows with Terra.

Stop talking like you know what you're doing, because you don't

First of all, KH2 (or ANY PS2 GAME for that matter) is NOT programmed in C++, C, Java, PEARL, or pretty much any other common language, because the PS2's processor only can interpret ONE programming language, and that is, MIPS

MIPS is just another programming language like C++ or Java, but it's fairly uncommon in a regular PC

Secondly, Terra's code is at least 200 lines long, and there is no way we could find every line and program it exactly UNLESS we had the ORIGINAL ELF file (the one that the programmers have), and even so, we have to change the operators of each address, (ie: lui, addui, nop, .byte, ori, etc) to be the same as terra's code, which is damn near impossible
The ELF in the KH2 disk contains VERY few lables, so we'd be clueless in the first place

Like putting Dragonball Z Budokai 2 Characters into Budokai 3.

When the coding for two games (in this case, kh2 and kh2fm+) is very similar, it is possible to transfer data between the two games.

So YOU Stop acting like you know it all. If you need furtherproof, look on youtube and google.

i heard of something that you can switch ELFs of the game but it only works like 10% of the time. but an American game and a Japanese game are a big NO NO becuz there are too many differences. also, i've seen ppl using programs to translate text in a game like Tales of Destiny 2. they're making an English patch. but i'm very skeptical that anyone here knows what they're doing

I've got more Experience with 3D modeling anyway, because I regularly make my own models for Star Wars Jedi Knight 3: Jedi Academy using GMAX and I have plenty of experience with 3DS Max

Here's a good tutorial I found.

FIRST, you'll need .isos of Kh2 AND Kh2fm+

1. Put dragonball z budokai 3 in your pc's DVD disk drive
2. Use a program such as poweriso to extract the ISO from the disk
3. Install game Graphics studio
4. Run game graphics studio, open your iso in it
5. Open USR folder by pressing the plus sign. (select no twice to the promt)
ect.

Well, the first five steps should help us to some degree. Anyway, that's how you swap MODELS. I'm not too sure how to actually swap coding. Oh well. At least we can get Terra's model in Kh2...XD.

However, once we master this, getting him entirely in should be easy

LOL, It could be possible to swap Sora's model for Riku's model. That will help get Riku Playable to some degree. Lol.

Anyways, let's look up that Video Tutorial see what we can do

I don't have an iso of Kh2fm+, Sadly.

=(. So all I could possibly do is stuff like make Riku playable by swapping his model over to Sora.

Edit: I could probably give Sora way to the dawn. And, if the weapon model code is similar enough, port some keyblades from kh1.

perhaps, and im just saying, maybe you could swap subtitle files, and put in the command menu of KH2 into KH2FM, maybe??? no??? possibly???

also, i remember square enix discussing how it would be very hary to actually get 100 heartless into the game. thats why they wrote off behemoth and wyvern, and sephiroth has gotta be more complicated than a small heartless... so it would probably lagg the hell outta the game xD

Well it might be possible but you really need to know what you are doing. I remember seeing on the net how there was someone who replaced the English voice acting of the US Tales of the Abyss with Japanese voice overs since the skits were boring without their voices.

If not kh2fm then why not Kingdom Hearts? What about Sephiroth from Kh1 and Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts 2 versus Sora and Riku or Sephrioth and the Behemoth?

I got kh2 fm and Kh2 a ps2 emulator and am capable of makeing a save state which is pretty much a live dump. I could try mess with models but I know nothing of codeing and crap. XD Evil you have both. Why dont you go for it.

Maybe I could switch the files like Evil said. Its a slim chance but I got like 100 dvd disks. XD

Oh and kh2 and kh1 have differnt model formats. You would have to convert them.

But all this already sounds pretty impossible. Kh is way to complicated to mess with. For games like Dragonball Z and Sonic adventure 1 and Sonic heros there just got a way simpler system. The most I can see done is like crappy recolors of charecters. D:

how much RAM does your computer have> i have 2 gigs of RAM on my computer and KH2 plays just as fast as it does on my PS2.

not every game can be modded. some games like resident evil 4, dragon ball z budokai 1,2, and 3, and some sports game have been the only ones that were able to be modded. only thing i was able to change was the color of the map and keyblade icon at the top left corner of the screen. nothing else was able to be modded ( don't say i don't know what i am doing. i have like 15 burned copies of different mods i've made for RE4 )

ohh i hear someones making a RE5 patch for RE4!!!

Wow. I only have 1 gig. And my graphics card isnt exactly top notch. So I suppose your our official live dump guy. Tomorow Ill upload my memory card file which is at the end of the game. So you have access to everything and can get us a live dump while as riku.

But to give him clouds sword you would have to rip clouds weapon of his model and put it in somewhere else.
