I don't think so EM, the one on the left I am positive is Roxas, just looking at the clothes, plus the one on the right doesn't have the same hair as Roxas.

Whats interesting is that it looks like a showdown almost between Org. 13 and the new peeps. I wonder if that actually plays a part. IDK doubt it.

well....on the left he's with Terra and Aqua. so i think it's like that. and on the right, even though it doesn't really look like him, he's in a black hood and using the keyblade

Roxas I don't think ever used the REAL kingdom key. Im pretty sure all them were just data ones Diz gave him.
Plus Vens keyblade broke. XP So he might be using that as a replacement.

No he used a real kingdom key when he fought with Riku in deep dive. It was hard to catch, but I screenshotted it at somepoint. It appeared right after he threw the oblivion to riku

That was a concept of the next game. It wasent shown in the actual scene in kh2. Therefore he never had it.

Edit: Also notice 'Ven' (the left one) His outfit may apear to look like Roxas's at first, but if you look closly, the other side of his vest is black and looks like he has a shoulder pad. (Reminds me of a certain spikey haired hereo) He also has like a strap or something going across it, and his shirt underneith looks differnt.
