And a somewhat believable one, at that!

Okay, we were all shocked when the Birth by Sleep secret ending came out and we see a frozen man (Ven) who looks incredibly like Roxas. We all speculate on how the other man (Terra) could be Xehanort as they share similar hair styles and he appears to go to the Dark Side at the end of the video. Personally, I think he looks more like Xemnas (Xehanort's skin was darker and his hair was longer).

So, here I have a little theory going:

Ven looks like the nobody Roxas
Terra looks like the nobody Xemnas

Why shouldn't Aqua look like a nobody?
And since she didn't resemble anyone yet, and we have a new female organization member, this must be her connection.

What could this connection be? I don't know. All I know is that Ven and Terra seem to be connected to two of the most important Organization XIII members, and this shoe fits.

But isn't the whole Aqua/Ven/Terra thing before the KH2/COM timeframe? But can I defiently see where you're coming from with the links... perhaps Xemnas/Roxas are decendants or something?

It is before the KHII timeframe. Actually, its supposed to be before Ansem ever started his research on the Darkness of the Heart. But that doesn't mean anything for their connection. I don't even think they are related - just connected through some weird means of fate or something. And that Aqua is the same way with this new member

I reckon that the 14th member IS Aqua. She's the only female we can think of who could possibly be it, and if you remember there's a bonus movie in KH2FM+ where Xemnas sees Aqua in his 'room' and says "it's been a long time...friend."

I know Aqua is featured in the past but this is only 11 years on from where Birth By Sleep takes place, so she wouldn't be that old, and it is quite possible that she could be a nobody.

Yes, she seems to have darker skin, but if you look carefully in the secret movie she does have quite darkish skin, and everyone's skin looks dark when they're wearing a hood anyway 'cos of their shadow!!

Yes I agree. Because We don't know wheter or not Aqua is a nobody. For all we know the 14th member could be Aqua's Nobody. Like Sora's Nobody being an organization member.

I do not think this new member is Aqua.

Fact:

Ven is not Roxas - Ven looks like Roxas and is obviously connected somehow

As far as I know:

Terra is not Xemnas - Terra looks like Xemnas and could very well be connected

My theory:

Aqua is NOT the new member - Aqua looks like the new member and is connected through means other than direct Nobody/Heartless or blood relative.

Square isn't that lame where they would actually bring out two separate games set in different time frames with the same supporting character.

Terra gave his heart to Riku
Ven to Sora
Aqua to Kairi.
