Shadow - these guys are probubly in every world somewhere, but the best place
to find these guys is in "Fragment Crossing" and "Memories Skyscraper"
of The World That Never Was.
Items Dropped: Dark Shard

Soldier - Only place I could find them was Timeless River. In most areas
Items dropped: Dark Shard
Bright Shard

Large Body - Found in a few world, Agarabah and Timeless river are two of
them.
Items Dropped: Power Shard
Serenity Shard

Silver Rock - Found in the "Bazaar" and in the Cave of Wonders, shows up
a lot with the Emerald Blues.
Items Dropped: Power Stones
Bright Stone

Emerald Blues - Found mainly in Agrabah and Land of Dragons, in both regions
there are tons of them
Items Found: Lightning Stone
Energy Gem

Crimson Jazz - Very annoying and very common enemy in Hallow Bastion, Olympus,
and in Agarabah. Also in Beasts Castle but not as bad.
Items Dropped: Blazing Crystal
Serenity Stone

Air Pirate - Only found in a few places, land of dragons is where they spawn
up the most. (in my opinion)
Items Dropped: Dark Crystal
Bright Crystal

Trick Ghost - Found only in Halloween Town, sorta uncommon, only found in
the "Hinterland", "Candycane Lane" and in "Curly Hill".

Lucid Shard

Rabid Dog - The only place I found him was in the Pirates of the Carribian
World.
Items Dropped: Lucid Shard

Hook Bat - The only place I found this guy was the "Village Cave" in Land
of Dragons.

Bookmaster - Found in Hollow Baston (Radient Garden) and Space Paranoids,
good places to find them are right outside Merlin's House,
And the I/O Tower Hallway (in space paranoids).
Items Dropped: Energy Crystal
Lucid Gem

Minute Bomb - Found only in Olympus Coliseum, in a few locations best one
is "Valley of the Dead" where 10 - 12 show up (not at the same
time.).
Items Dropped: Blazing Shards

Hammer Frame - Found only in Beast's Castle, the "Secret Passage" is the best
place to find them (6-8 reside there)
Items Dropped: Blazing Shards

Bulky Vendor - Random Worlds
Items Dropped: i think it will drop any item, i have gotten
everything from Bright Shards to Orichalcum

Fortuneteller - Found in the Cave of Wonder, pretty common enemy in there
Items Dropped: Frost Stone
Energy Gem

Cannon Gun - Found in Space paranoid in the "canyon" and in the "simulation
hangar"
Items Dropped: Blazing Stone
Bright Stone

Rapid Thruster - These enemies come in bulk, best place to get this enemy
and Lightning Shards is ontop of Pride Rock in the Pride
Lands. (to get there go to pride rock, go into the king's
den and go through the exit on the other side. it is called
peak or something like that, and there are thousands of
these guys there)

Driller Mole - Found only in Olympus Coliseum, in a few locations, best
Location to attack them is Olympus Coliseum, where 8 show up

Lance Soldier - Found only on the Pirates of the Carribian World, and
mainly in "Town".

Energy Stone

Morning Star - A common enemy in Hollow Bastion (Radiant Garden), Beasts
Castle, and The Pirates of the Carribian World. Just walk
around they are in almost any area Heartless are in. (in
those worlds.)

Fiery Globe - Found around "Agrabah" in Agrabah, they are also in the Cave
of Wonders.

Icy Cube - Found right outside the Cave of Wonders, and in the Trial (you can
get items in the trail.)

Fat Bandit - Found all around Agrabah, most places where Heartless are

Luna Bandit - Found in the "Bazaar" in Agrabah, that is the only place they
appear in.

Gargoyle Knight - Stone Statues that are everywhere in Beasts Castle, the
Dungeonish Area is the best place to fight them. (from
the world map, choose to go to the dungeon of Beast's

Strafer - These guys are in a couple of the rooms in space paranoids,
the best place to get them is in the space to the left in
the "canyon"

Devastator - Found in Space Paranoids, In almost every area there is at
least one of these things (any area that you encounter heartless)

Living Bone - Only found in Pridelands, 1 or 2 of them will show up in most
areas where you fight heartless.

Shaman - Annoying Creatures are only in Pridelands, they found in most

Aerial Knocker - Only found in "Jungle" of Pride Lands (it's next to Oasis)

Crescendo - Found only in Olympus Coliseum, in the "Underworld Cavern: The

Armored Knight - Guys are very abundent in Hallow Bastion (Radient Garden)
Head Toward the "Castle Gate" and they will appear if not,
just continue to where you would see Sephiroth.

Surveillence Robot - Kinda difficult to get items out of (not alot of them)
you can find them at the castle entrance of Hollow
Bastion, or in different areas of the Space Paranoids.

Neoshadow - These Guy are found in Hallow Bastion (or Radient Garden), and
The World That Never Was. A good spot to get some items is
"Memories skyscraper" found in The World That Never Was.

Dusk - Very common enemy in Twilight Town Found in most worlds where any
any nobodies are.

(in my opinion) in Naughts Skyway.

Dragoon - Found in The World That Never Was, Beast's Castle and The World
That Never Was. Good places to slay them are The Tower in
Twilight Town or "The Bridge" in Beast's Castle.

Assassin - These guy are found in The World That Never Was, the ONLY PLACE
I could Find these guys "Hall of Empty Memories" and there are
only 4 that come out at a time

Dense Gem

Sniper- These guys are found in numerous spots in The World That Never Was

more show up in the Tower than in The World That Never Was.

another world that might have them too.) Good Places to find

Twilight Town. Best place to find these guys are Isle De Murta
and Ship Grave yard of Pirates of the Carrabian World.

Sorcerer - Found in Twilight Town (The Tower) and in The World That Never
Was. I recommend using "Ruin and Creations Passage" in The
World That Never Was if you looking for a lot of them though.

For Ultima I had all of this just by fighting my way through (granted I spam the Lucky Lucky ability) I find this helps a lot more with the synth lists for the journal.

This was written when the board was being flooded with "I need help finding ______ for ultima weapon" threads. And in almost every one of them someone posted the run down on the "13" Orichalcum +'s.

So it's less easy to find that now than it was then, but i could still find it for you within two minutes.


That being said do you actually need help or did you just want to point out a flaw in the guide?

After synthesizing a few items you have the option to reduce the items needed by half leaving you needing only 7 (all of the ones found in the game).

When I was working on getting this weapon I equipped everyone in my party with Lucky Lucky and made sure all of the parties weapons had this ability equipped. It made hunting a heck of a lot easier, plus who doesn't love the Pooh Bear Keyblade? The sounds it makes when in combat are adorable! :P
