this is easily one of the best book i have ever read. it's an autobiography written by David Pelzer in an account of child abuse. his case was the 3rd most severe case of child abuse in the United States. i recommend this book. it really IS a good book.

it is a good. book. i read it last year. i'm glad he got out of there.
I've read it, and the two sequels.
It was really, really shocking. And although I read it a few years ago, I still think about some of the horrible things his 'mother' made him do.

yeah, and there's a third sequal.
it's cool how on the cover on a child called "it", two fingers are lifting his head. like god is showing him hope.

A third sequel?
I don't think so.
The story ended with 'A Man Named Dave', didn't it? >_>
And I thought those were his own fingers, lol.

yes,
a child called it
the lost boy
and a man named dave
i know that, but there's another he wrote.
it's about his teen life, more into it.
i forgot what it's called, but that is what i choose to do my book report on last year.

Yeah, I just looked it up..
"The Privilege of Youth, published in 2004, is the fourth installment in Dave Pelzer's series of autobiography. This describes the missing chapter of his life: Adolescence. The book tells how he settled in a small community after being adopted, made some of his best friends, and eventually had to leave when he reached the age of 18."
WELL THAT'S LAME. I feel like I've missed out, since I bought the compilation he released; only featuring the original three biographies. ~_~
