How will the characters go from one world to another...?

You've got a point. I dunno, maybe they can access corridors of darkness like Organization XIII or something. Or maybe they turn their Keyblades into ships XD. I mean, Terra can turn his Keyblade into a hoverbike - why stop there?

Probably a gummi ship, since that's what they used in the other Canon KH games.
But meh, you might just pick where you want to go, like CoM.
Or we'll get something totally new
