I go into certain parts of the forum (e.g. Kingdom Hearts M.U.G.E.N. and other places) and I cannot post new threads in them. I have gone through several topics and its all the same why is that?

Thats because the forum has been locked, and you cannot post in them.

In the Upcoming KH section you have to enter a sub-forum to post.

Darn, I can't find another M.U.G.E.N. forum either. Will those forums ever be reopened?
