They said he was, like, 250 pounds before the operation that they used to get it out, but he was, like, 85 pounds when it was done.

the show was called "The Vanishing Twin"

apparently some fetuses are twins and sometimes one of the twins just dies when its still little in the stomache, the suviving twin sorta eats the "fetuu" <-- (which is what its called) so when the surviving baby is inside the stomache he has another baby inside him. They found the little boy that lives in Kasanstans (somewhere in europe) and thats what he had >< when they finish the surgery he did have a living fetuu inside him for 7 years, it had limps and hair
