Coded is the only one that starts off after KHII (which sucks so bad because I need a cell phone and a PSP badly). The plot is something about Roxas leaving the Organizaton World in 151 (or some'in' like that) days. That's all I got so far...

Note: KH 358/2 Days focuses on Roxas's days in the organization when Sora was asleep. And it also will focus on why the 14th member was never showed in KHII.

Heres something I came up about the game:

In KHII we play as Roxas for 7 days ( a week), if we add 358 days 7 more, it will make 365 days (a year), if we divide 358 days by 2 (thats what the slash means in the title ( / ), It will be a total of 179 days, the 179 days are the days when Roxas was in the organization, also, the other 179 days, maybe the days of the 14th organization member's organization days in the org. And we play as Roxas in KHII for 7 days, if we added it to 358 it leads us to 365(days in a year), meaning that Roxas lasted a year alive.
