That Tragic Day

[Heaven's Angel]

I'm filled with depression
my life has fallen apart
Nobody's there
when I really need someone
to show me the way

Ever since that fateful day
when you woke up one morning
it was a tragic event
and I couldn't help but cry

you were quickly rushed to the hospital
where they would take good care of you
but i had a bad feeling
that today something tragic would happen

and before i knew what was going on
doctors rushed into your room
they gently took me out in the hall way
and told me you'd be fine

but i knew better and i hugged my bear tight
waiting to see what had happened
i felt a warm tear run down my cheek
and my dad embraced me tightly

that night i cried myself to sleep
because i knew what had happened
even though they refused to tell
My mother had died

My friend's mother had to go to the hospital this morning and this poem suddenly popped into my head...

just look at this poem i wrote... it is about what it would feel like if somebody said they loved you... but it was all a lie and they stab you in the back... T-T that definately isn't like me at all...

Aww..that's bad. Are you gonna post it? You make good poems, I'd like to see it. Sorry to hear things aren't looking up for you. Maybe you should read your Be Happy poem again, even though this one is great, the Be Happy one is probably more cheery-uppy.
