I didn't want to post a thread that was already brought up before by someone else in the past, so I decided to look up a thread that had the word 'big' in it. It wouldn't let me complete the search, because it only takes words that has more than 3 letters in it. I've tried combining the 3 words together, and it doesn't come up with anything at all. That just doesn't help. And I don't want to get in trouble from staff from double posting. >.> I've had other times when I have a word that's less than 3 words come up, and I can't search at all. T_T

I know it sounds kinda pointless, and it's probably going to get locked soon, but it gets seriously annoying sometimes.

I would kill for this to be done! For one thing I can't see if anyone talsk about me since everyone calls me CtR.

Plus there are times when I want to search something that only has 3 letters x_x and search for a real reason :P idk if it is possible though

I agree that if it could be made better, I would hope it should be. I have also had troubles with it in the past and it's one of those 'small' peeves but when running into the problem it can be consuming and irritating.

If something can't be done, I understand but I do support it if something could be.

I don't search for threads all that often. Though I think I have tried putting in L_F in the search bar since a few people refer to me that way. Or Fox. Since I'm curious what's being said about me but I can't since the stupid search criteria is a failure.

Well, I dislike how sometimes, I have to skip out letters like 'of' and such...so yes, it'd be nice if the Search function would allow more letters. :)

Something certainly needs to be done about the search function - in the end I just stoped using it because of the ridiculous limitations it has. (before I would stab something) No wonder people end up making already existing threads, man..

Seriously, in the Code Vault, you search for a lot of short words often. Mod, AI, etc. I'd appreciate the required word length to be decreased to 2.

Why can't we search for words on the forum under 4 letters? There's a lot of important, key words that have only 3 letters, and some only 2. The first example of one such word that comes to MY mind would be Cin.

I agree. The minimum should be either 2 or three letters. Some words like "the" and "and" are really important keywords. I don't see why we should have a limit to four letters. I'm all up for the idea.
