If they do not display on the HUD, you will never be able to play as them. The game will try to call a HUD file up, and crash. Khkid once got an ally to appear iconless on the HUD, but it still will not allow you to play as them. As for the Universal Character Modifier, you just replace ???? with the digit of what you want to go there. For example if you wanted Slot 1 (Sora) to be Final Form, you would put this in, with the digit being 0058 for Final Form.

Umm, I tried using no HUD the game worked perferctly. The only flaw was that it was hard to read things lol.

Wrong, that code does not remove the HUD, it simply makes it not appear, there is a difference. If you were to joker in something like 08D3 that is not a character before a boss fight, it would freeze attempting to display the HUD, even with that code on.

Since people get the wrong idea about what codes can do currently, here is the people you can play as:
Sora, Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Roxas, any World Character other than Riku, and any drive form

There is no way to be any other character right now unless you have emulator, where you can simply drive into Riku. FF allys and etc will not work in Slot 1 due to lack of coding and lack of HUD. If you try to put them there, they will crash the game.

You cannot play as them, though they are extremely buggy but wieldable, seeing as they are not solid. You can have the FF allies in your party though, the code in raw format would be:
Slot 2: 11C9561A 0000????
Slot 3: 11C9561C 0000????
Slot 4 (Guest): 11C9561E 0000????
The ???? are the UCM digits, if you need those in AR-MAX format, use max convert, game ID 0911 after adding in the proper digit.

you can't drive into them what those are they just let you weild them but you can play as anyone on the list except those, we can't play as bosses yet but they're working on it, the closest they came to it was playing as them, but they couldn't control them and that was for KH2fm+ which is different from kh2

Side Question: Has anyone tried world mapping as Riku in the final fight? Kind of random, but I wonder if it would remain as Riku if that happened. Only my Final Mix disk is working properly >_<.

I found the boss modifier codes,but I don't undertstand the resistance one. and does anyone know the HEX digits for 3400 hp and 9000 hp. What I don't get about the resistance if the blank areas what goes in them.

its not the HUD that makes bosses crash... on an emulator, the HUD simply dissapears when you play as a boss, theres other things that crash bosses/riku...

I had similar results when I tried it as well >_>. Might see if it works with a digit like 0058 since that would not freeze, after I finish up testing this. All I have found out is if you have 3/5/7 Sora and one of them drives, control quickly switches to that Sora, kind of like how it does with Riku. If you have an even number of Sora, you cannot reach the drive button.

EDIT: No effect, even if the digit normally works.

it's a command that hackers forcefully insert. it contains something called a hook address and some other crap i'm not sure of, lol. but it CAN make HELLA good codes. some examples of great subroutine codes are the Moveset Mods, Status Mod, Unlock All Worlds Code

they ARE hard, these are only for the SUPER ELITE hackers like Skiller and Godshin and Mutuki.

where do you think we got status mods, moveset mods, unlock all worlds, etc from? Subroutines. subroutunes are longer than most of our 1 line codes. theyre usually around 6 lines.

Umm, since the Riku code has been found, can't we like at least say the name of him? And why are the codes that we have so far not working for the ps2 but working for the emulater? And when I tried to play as Riku, the game didn't really freeze, I got BSOD, but the music still played. This is like the older code, to play as him in TWTNW.

not literraly plugging somethign in. its what the program sues to display things. he probably has some errors with his gfx plugin. are you using ZeroGS KOSMOS?

ok i tried Pearl again and still failure. stupid thing. i used Reaction mod to set Reaction to Save. it saves the game just fine. i load the game, and i'm Sora again. i tried a Save point with World Map option. the option is gone (WTF). i tried using Shortcut Mod using Pearl for Mickey. no effect. i tried it on bosses where Mickey normally saves you, no effect still. i tried it after being saved by Mickey who can use Pearl. i try using Pearl again after that, game froze (WTF!). point is: PEARL DOESN"T WANT TO WORK :MAD:

Something's annoying me about the RC mod though. When you use it on some RCs, they DON'T GO AWAY. I'mma fix that. I had some fun with Session, and then I realized I couldn't hit the RC "Proceed".

This code triggers the Reaction Command's refresh mechanism. That thing that reverts it to nothingness when you walk off of a save point, or move away from a shop. Now you CAN use the RC mod and not have to fear about getting stuck in places you need RCs for.

OMFG, I JUST DISCOVERED SOMETHING COOL. if you mod one of Riku's weapons to become one of Sora's, then Riku acts as a PERFECT PARTY MEMBER in Hollow Bastion (i only tried that world btw). that means, no more glitching, no more freezing, and you can drag him into fights with you as well as long as you mod his weapon using Universal weapon Mod digits! i think the same thing should apply to the other world characters as well! someone try please?

It's 03DB that's the "Ally" version of Pete. He'll die sooner or later anyway from bosses/enemies without the need of a finisher from Sora.

chill some movesets don't work and will freeze alot are different and some only work for final and some only work for normal sora its kinda hard to get to work

You can wield Xaldin's Lances with Sora/Roxas' moveset, but as for the others, yes.
