Final Fantasy XII

what are your thoughts on the game? i think this will be the best one yet.

I played the demo. The gameplay is allright, but not as good as expected. The graphics are like FFX except when it's in CGI animation. Haven't heard the English voice actors; only the Japanese ones. Overall I'm probably not going to get it.

Dang, that stinks. Are you sure you haven't gotten the demo yet? You know it's in the new Dragon Quest game, right?

I've got DQVIII and it didn't come with a demo, only the US got a demo, but i must be good to get 40/40

The graphics haven't improved too much, but I have heard from magazines that it is the best FF ever.

I wonder why you didn't get a demo......Oh well, it was a pretty good demo. It showed a trailer of the game and gave you access to two levels in the game.

yea thats the main reason i bought DQVIII was for the demo..what i didnt know was that dq would be a good game...if this is the best one ever i wonder how 13 is gonna match up...

I'm still holding out for XIII, FFXI I never played cause I'm too broke for MMORPG's. :( But I'm going to hold out of FFXIII, not play FFXII unless I see REALLY good reviews.

im hoping FFXII is gonna be good. it's set in the same place as tactics advance and i liked that one so maybe this will have good action like that did (well, better action since FFXII is real-time and tactics was...tactics, lol). i also haven't played FFXI because of the whole MMORPG thing (Massively Money absorbing Organization that Reels in Profit from Gamers).

What isn't a 40/40 from the Famista (can't spell it XD) good enough, it was one of the very few games to get a perfect score for that magazine :p

I personally i can't wait for the game, i think the battle system looks interesting, but i probably won't reach the UK until next year :(

Hah...after the demo, I'm not really THAT interested. The fighting just a bit fused with the KH and FF style. It's interesting though. They have different viewpoints and more features.

I think this game will do well no matter what. The Ivalice setting is cool too, I did like Final Fantasy Tactics for PS1 a lot. So I'm hoping it'll live up to expectations.
