The pirates of the carribean 1, 2, and 3 discussion thread. Which was your favorite? I like at world's end the best. It was AWESOME!!! I loved when the flying duthcman went down the maelstrom.

The first was definitely the best of them all. The third one is my second favourite, and the second one is least. as far-fetched as they all are, the second one was ridiculously far-fetched.
But all of them are good! :D

Becket not at least trying to take down Jack's ship with him, I know The Dutchman is invincible but they had 90 cannons, they could have least destroyed Jack's ship.

I don't know.....the first one wasn't bad....the second one....uh.....well...it was a whole lot funnier....and the third one was...kind of weird.....but not bad.....(the brain licking thing creeped me out). The only problem I had with the second one was the ending wasn't an ending and I couldn't understand a single thing Calypso said.

The PotC movies will always be my favorite, but seriously, they could've left it alone after the Black Pearl. Not that the Dead Man's Chest and At World's End was not good, they were pwnsome nonetheless, but the story remains BEST if 2nd and 3rd are ignored, in my opinion that is. However, the 2nd and 3rd made me happy mostly because of Barbosa's return. 8D Cuz he was just cool like that. However, the first movie was extremely awesome, and nothing can beat it's epicness in any way. Black Pearl would have to be the greatest out of the three.

I loved every single one of them, and watched them over again numerous times. The first one is just a classic and can never be beaten for its comedy and action. It's the best, yes. The second was good because of the humor. And the third, I loved the storyline, and I bawled at the ending because it was so sad for me. I love them all, but I would say that the first was the best, followed by the third, and then the second.

The first PotC was the best by far, it was the most interesting in terms of story line in my opinion. I've watched it so many times I know the script O.o


Plus I love the ending when Jack closes the compass and the credits come on right after that.

The first one made me laugh like crazy, the second one makes me giggle now that I know what happens in the third (I have an appreciation for pre-irony (is that a term?)), and the third one sent chills up my spine at the opening scene and was pretty frikken epic throughout.

I like the characters, music and that heaps of scenes still make me laugh :]
That there's another movie to come is worrying, I liked the third most and think it should end there..
But Johnny Depp's hilarious, more of that'd be great XD
