Okay I was born in late spring and my main three skills I love so much are writing, art and gardening so I was thinking does what time of year your born effect what skills you have?

I was born in September so that kinda Fall I guess... and my three skills are writing, singing/voice acting, and art

Back on topic: I don't think time has anything to do with your skills. Its due to parents, hard owrk, luck etc...

I really doubt that time effects the way you turn out to be.

Of course when you're born affects the skills you have. Like for instance, if you're born REALLY early, chances are you won't have lungs. So you might as well forget a singing career. Or if your hands haven't developed yet, chances are you'll suck at art, and probobly writing.

...though if you mean a zodiac/star sign type of thing. Then I beleive that there are certain things in the atmosphere at certain times of that year that can influence the way your mind develops, and therefore your talents as well. I'm a Libra, so I was born in September, and it's ture that libra defines me. I always seek balance, am very romantic, I can be wise at times, and I'm also rather smart beyond my own years...

don't u mean a year? and i agree with you. also, ur name has an effect to it as well! it's been said that Kevins get jobs easily. the ppl who made this theory said that sound waves have to do with this and if that's ur name, ur more exposed to those particular sound waves that have different effects on you.
