Many people don't agree with the law on music exchange etc. He could have though not made it into a business where he took so much profit and redistributed it to the musicians etc and he'd have been legal. I like Pirate Bay but yeah, he's in some trouble and kind of deserves it for taking that much income over just running a site and servers. Millions of dollars is a bit much to be talking like he's any better than the corps he dislikes. I can't stand the RIAA because they steal from the artists' work too and then cry they are going broke but the artists are fortunate to get 10% of earnings while record companies keep the rest. If a site like Pirate Bay could run advertisements that give so much money to it, it makes no sense to not support the artists a bit because then no one pays but advertisers and they make profits by people seeing their adds. It could have been a nice solution.
