An emulator is a program designed to 'emulate' or behave like another system. Specificaly game consoles in this case. Ps2 Sega Snes.

They let you play games on them basicly. However for things such as the ps2 emus, there still incomplete and slow. And right now are only used for codeing purposes.

Do not ask for a place to get the games or to get any of the bios for certain emulators.

check back in a couple of years
and the PC requirements for PS2/Xbox/Gamecube are very high
so dont expect them to work that good just cause the game you want to play can be emulated fully
