So sorry to bug you again, but the crossroads code triggered a cutscene. is there a way around that? i've heard of things called flags but i'm not sure what they are.
this might happen with the final door too, since there are cutscenes there you can't save after.

Slight problem here... I can't seem to get ANY of these to work on my SwapMagic Coder. I put in both Master Codes, (since it doesn't automatically turn them on), and tried the other codes with first one of them on, then the other. Neither worked. I'm going to try converting them to RAW format and see if that works, but I'm pretty sure their already in RAW...

To be specific, I turn on the codes, swap out the discs, then try to load my file at "Awakening." When I hit X on the file, it makes the sound like it's loading, but freezes, showing the title screen. The music stops and I can't do anything with it. I tried doing a soft reset, (holding down Start, Select, and the L's and R's), but it stayed frozen. If converting them to RAW doesn't work, could someone lend me a hand in getting these to work?

Here's the codes that I used...

Both Master codes, (one at a time).
Inf. HP/MP
Max HP/MP
Ability Mods for all 48 slots.
Have all Item slots.
Solo Boss Stats modded up to max, (FFFF and FF).
All Paths Unlocked.

Try using only the Mastercode and a basic code such as Max HP and see if it works and make sure they are RAW NTSC.

Yeah, I checked to make sure that they were NTSC, and they didn't say that they were PAL, so...

I'll edit this post with the results of the test. I'll do exactly what you suggested: Master code with Max HP.

That's the exact one that I used. I checked out the FAQ on here and saw that little "rule" about type-9 Master codes. And if you mean the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format for AR, then no, it doesn't. It can only use 0-9, A-F. I'll check out Omniconvert and see what I can convert it to and try that. If they work... Then yays! I probably should have tried different conversions of the code to make it work BEFORE posting here. But hey! I guess posting here made me think of it!

It looks like I really missed out on alot...

I see we finally have a UCM for this game...That's good...

Wow...I sure picked a bad time to stop playing the KH Games...I haven't touched them in months now...It of course has to do with my obsession with Yu-Gi-Oh! and all this new stuff that came out lol.

But I may start playing this game and the other KH Games again soon.

Any other new things I should know about?

For one, it's not a UCM. It's just a model mod, and it's DMA per room. I think Carey is working on a fix though.

But the way he is doing is LBA which requires his tools.

LBA is basiclly ASM hacking abit to my knowledge. Carey can explain it more.

ASM = Assembly hacking.

He is still made it code wise but he needed his tools to gather the data to make the code.

His rom hacking tools are unique sense ps2 games are made all differently.

He made a rom hacking tool that hacks kh1/fm kh2/fm and I believe Re:Com all in one tool.

I beleave it freezes the time in the quick barrel challenge so you don't run out of time in other words you have inf time

I use it myself on SM3.8 and can confirm it works on NTSC KH1.
But KH1 had god knows how many versions.
If you have a different version of the NTSC KH1, you will need a new master code made specifically for that version.

Put your KH1 disk into your computer, tell me the name of a file that is named similar to "SLPS, SLUS, SCES"

Did you leave out the extension?

If so then you need new master code, otherwise the master code i gave you should work. I use SLUS_203.70 and it is guaranteed to work on that version while using swap magic coder.
If you still have problems, post your step by step process of how you use codes on your game and what codes your using.

thanks...they all worked except for infinate hp and max hp, are there working ones?

now my game is messed..whenever i gain abilities, as soon as i turn the game off, i loose all my abilities but i stay at the same level, and the next time a gain an ability, i get the first one which is guard.
