Well, which cheat disk do you have? These can be used on Codebreaker and Gameshark. If you have an ARMAX or whatever else, then you can request codes to be converted. If you want to convert codes yourself though, just download this program:

Omniconvert (http://www.herrvillain.com/omniconvert/omniconvert_1.0.3_R.rar)

It's pretty easy to do. You just change the input to the code's original format (Raw in this case), change the output to the desired format (if it's ARMAX, you'll also need the Game ID), copy and paste the code into the box on the left, hit "Convert" and you've got your conversion in the box on the right.
