I picked Lady Tremaine because all the other villains have a motive for what they do. However in Cinderella, the movie never tells why she is so mean to her. I just can't figure her out. Plus she is so creepy because she isn't over the top.
Scar is the meanest though. He kills his brother, tries to kill his nephew who trusts and loves him, and lies to a little kid so he'll think that he is responsible for is dad's death. that is as low as it gets.:mad:

Hades is funny and entertaining, and he makes a good villain at the same time. It's always funny when his head catches fire because someone's annoyed him, and like someone said, I like how he's sarcastic. He was great in KH and KH2, and he tried to employ two powerful FF characters! And then there's his realm, the Underworld, which I like, except that it's too easy in KH2. Oh, one last thing - he has his pet Cerberus!

I'm going to have to say Barossa. He is one clever trick. He ditched Sparrow and was captain of the Pearl for what...12 out of the 13 years the Pearl was in Sparrow's debt, I think? He has made the mistake of bringing the Mayan Curse on himself and his entire crew, but beside this wee mistake, he is so smart, so tough and so flippin' epic that it takes all three heroes---Sparrow, Elizabeth and Will---to ultimately defeat him. Even after than they were not rid of him, he comes back from the dead to making him EXTRA epic. This was the BEST, and SMARTEST Disney villain I've ever seen.

He's too awesome. I looooove him. I was actaully sad when he died the first time. Then I flippin flipped a biscuit when he came back to life. :3

Also, she always kind of gave me the creeps too, as if she had a truly dark heart, and the chill I'd get from her maniacal laugh just makes it that much more obvious that she was the baddest of the bad for me XD..
