You know the star keyblade well i have some ingrident called the star ingrediant if i use that does it make me have the keyblade?

Ultima Recipe makes Ultima Weapon.

Mega Recipe makes Megalixir I believe.

well can you tell me how to get it i have ultima recipe but i dont know how to use it.

You have to collect all the ingredients for Ultima Weapon by looking in chests and fighting hordes of enemies, then talk to a Moogle to synthesize it.

Just to add: Make sure that your Moogle customizer has it's lvl to the highest.

Yeah, also, if you have to, go onto IGN or GameSpot to find the materials needed and what enemies to find them.

Moogle HAS to be at level 9. Also, you have to find the orichalcum+'s, which btw are a ***** to find. But those can be found (the locations) at any website that gives faq's.

i attempted to at level 8 but it didnt work. so yeah, 9 i believe. the ultima weapon is really no better than the oblivion {thats the strongest keyblade i had...correct me if im wrong} it's got the same strength and just a few more magic ponits, but thats it. and its pretty. dont forget that its pretty.:p
