Cell phone screen won't turn on.

I JUST got a new cell phone yesterday and it worked fine until a few minutes ago. The screen won't turn on >< The phone it's self is on, but not the screen.

I have a Sony Ericsson Walkman : Picture. (http://gizmozone.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/2007/03/27/405ysep.jpg)
I accidentally spilt water on it and I'm thinking that's the case.
Is there anyway I can fix this?

As much as I can get. Some of the water must've creeped into the sliding part. Is there a way to take it apart without harming the phone?

Uh theres the expensive way by taking it in or you can just let it sit for a good 10 min. then tell us if it will turn on.
