help with: remix, record, and add/remove voice/beat program

ok so im thinking of buying a program or machine the lets me record my voice, remove beats from a song, remove voice from a song, and remix songs
but cant find what im lookin for any suggestions?

Fruity loops is good, I think it can do that...I use it to mix music alot, its got ALOT of options to use, and is pretty simple
