The book is the fourth sequel to Twilight, a dark romance about a vampire and a human, and in the third book, she starts to fall in love with the werewolf she was friends with, since the vampire alse left.

In the fourth book, Bella, the human... for now, is pregnant because of her hottie Vampire boyfriend. It's a half human and half vampire creature, and an ultrasound can't be used on it... Sooo.... Soon it comes out a day before due, and Bella almost dies with her friend Jacob, the werewolf. Then Edward, to make sure she doesn't die, injects the vampire venom to make her one of them.
