I need some example PS2 r5900 ASM Code

I would sooo post this in coder's corner, but....Meh
I have a friend who has experience in pretty much every aspect of coding for games, and he wants to get into PS2 hacking, and he thinks he might already know some of it. He says he knows r4500, and it can't be much different than r5900... So...can anyone help me out there?
