Max Converter Help

I just downloaded MaxConvert v0.71 so i can convert Codebreaker codes into AR codes for Sly 2 on my own but i need a Game ID for Sly 2 to get the right AR codes. can anyone help me? but i just wonder if i am doing right thing or not?

I plans to convert the codes from Codebreaker on Sly 2:

Infinite Gadget Usage (All Characters)
8E5EAA79 8710ABD0
00DA1BD0 8F4C27E1

but i need a game ID.
