Esmya was the only Cullen who slept in the house,since she was only half-vampire,it annoyed her in away,but still she couldnt complain,she got out of bed,her long bronze hair swinging,and she made her way down stairs a top vampire speed"teddy! hiya!"
Teddy had been her best friend since she had grown to his age not long after she was born,now they were inseprable

Alexis looked over at her sleeping 'Daughter' "I suppose I should leave her be...She was up all night with us.."

Immy was sat on the sofa in her parents's living room with her sleeping daughter lying with her head on her lap. Every so often she'd stroke her head and smile down at her. Since her finance had passed away three years ago she'd been living with them.

Lake was running around in the kitchen making breakfast, making an absolute mess as she did every morning. Singing softly along with the radio as she dashed about, singing every note as perfectly as Cascada herself, if not better, as she followed the lyrics. "I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house, that don't bother me. I can take a few tears now and then and just let them out. I'm not afraid to cry every once in a while, even though goin on with you gone still upsets me. There are days, every now and again I pretend I'm OK but that's not what gets me..."

"You know you should really do something that involves singing Mummy." Her fairest haired daughter Skyla, or more commonly called Sky, commented as she set the kitchen table in a bid to help.

"she's right you know...i told you that years ago...."
Lucas rolled his eyes"you always say that dad!"

"And I always say: It's not worth it, I'm not that good." Lake sighed as she spilt cereal all over the kitchen counter. "Oh fuc- fudge." She snarled, only just managing to restrain herself infront of the children.

Ada nodded. "Like I said....I'll be going home in a few days. That would just delay my journey.."

"You leave for ten years, and then come back for a few days?" Hunny asked from the couch, stretching her arms.

"It's hardly a profitable career path is it?" Lake sighed as she swept up the mess she'd made and flicked her wand to send the plates over to the table, a trick she'd learnt from Lyra a few years ago.

"i dunno...you should give it a try...."He said

"Maybe when all the kids are at school, before then I don't have the time to spare to go chasing a career." She sighed as she helped Sky onto her seat.

"That was a long time ago Maddie..." Immy sighed, in all honesty she no longer cared what happened to her. So long as Indigo was okay that was all that mattered, so even if something bad did happen she wouldn't care at all if Indi was out of the way.

"And no squabbling over who goes into the bathroom first!" Lake yelled up at them as she dumped the washing in the sink, flicking her wand gently and muttering a couple of words under her breath. Straight away the plates jumped into action and started washing themselves.

Lake hit head against the kitchen wall a couple of times with a 'what did I just say?!' look in her emerald eyes before sighing and sitting back down.

Sky was still sat in her seat from breakfast, staring dreamily out of the window with a slightly glazed expression.

Lyra sat in the armchair,her finger twirled around her hair,years of no trouble and now this....if there was trouble.
Esmya sat back down.she pulled a thread on her jeans
"what've you done to them now...i swear you were ment to be a boy,you get more bumps,scratchs and grass stained knees than any other teenage girl i know!"

"Now luke.what're you looking at sky?"

"You evidently never took much notice of your cousin Jamei as a teen then Maddie." Casey chuckled.

"Huh...?" Sky asked as she was pulled back down to earth by her father's voice.

"Jamei fell out of a tree and managed to blind herself by doing it, I think she was worse then Mya." Casey chuckled.

"I was just watching Moggy stalking that bird..." Sky said, pointing to the tabby cat that was perched along their garden fence, silently watching and waiting for the bird to be off it's guard just long enough to strike.

"She also broke every limb by the time she was 11 I think, and I don't think anyone in our family has managed to break their bones before Hogwarts ever before."

Slowly Indigo began to stir, looking as if it wouldn't be too long before she awoke from her nap.

"You gonna give it a few minutes for the traffic to clear then Sky?" Lake asked.

"Yes..." Sky replied, not taking her eyes off of the creatures.

"Lucky me."she said smiling

"Very lucky." Casey nodded before looking over at Immy and her daughter who were sitting down on the floor.

Indigo made a quiet squeaking sound as her eyes flickered open, her brilliantly blue eyes darted around the room from face to face. It wasn't the people she'd fallen asleep around, and that scared her. She pulled a face that looked like she was about to start bawling her eyes out.

Immy quickly cuddled her daughter close to her, stroking her soft lilac hair soothingly to keep her quiet. Whispering quietly to her in an effort to stop her crying. "It's okay princess... You're fine... It's just Auntie Maddie and her family..."

"Hiya sweetie..."maddie said to her niece

Esmya smiled

She sleepily turned her head so she was looking towards the two of them, her thumb firmly in her mouth. Gently Indigo waved at the two of them, a tiny little child wave.

Immy giggled softly as she continued to cuddle the child. "There we go Indi, not so scary after all... Are they?" She said, kissing the top of the baby girl's head.

maddie rolled her eyes,while antony tried to hide a smile,almost every time she saw one of her cousin's she'd burst out with that comment,though maddie couldnt blame her....she must get lonley alot

"Ever considered adoption?" Casey suggested jokingly as he watched Immy and Indigo. It always made him feel sad to watch the two of them, just because every time he did he thought about Leon. He never even knew that Indigo was conceived, it was the day Immy had found out that he died.
