Kingdom Hearts and the Legend of Dragoon

I really mised the Legend of Dragoon rpg!!!!!! So I revived it with a mix of Kingdom Hearts, I tweaked my own characters a bit. Story: Two years after Sora and company returned to the island, another meteor shower occuered. This time, the gang found two people with wings, a woman and her daughter. Like Kairi, they had no memory of their past, but the woman came with a story of seven colored stones of different elements that had been scattered to many different worlds and the evil that theathened to destory the worlds in search of the stones. Sora, Riku, and Kairi agreed to help the woman find others like her and stop the new evil.

Kyo lent against a railing, staring at the town. He sighed and thought about his daughter and granddaughter, 'Where are you, Kai, Lenne?'

Namine watched over the sleeping forms of Kai and Lenne Horuma. She smiled.

Shen woke up in an area not to far from where Kai and Lenne were

Michael worked with Cid on the defense grid.

"Why don't you try wearing some normal clothes for once, Michael? That armor looks pretty regal. Looks pretty out of place here."

"And my wings aren't? I prefer wearing my armor over anything else, anyway. It's custom fitted around my wings."

Kyo entered the room and sighed. "Hard at work like usual, eh, boys?"


Riku took the people to his house to rest.

Ren walked around the destiny islands and looked around the place

"You betcha. The grid always need to be maintained. Head over to the castle and check on the main computer, Michael."

"Sure thing, Cid."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo smiled. "The town's been peaceful since the Nobodies and Heartless have disappeared."

[TwilightBlader]

Shen continued to walk around to see if he could find anybody

Michael flew to the castle and headed down to the computer.

"Even so, we got to keep the grid up, just in case something else decides to attack. I get the weirdest feeling from Michael. That armor he's wearing makes him look like royalty, like a prince or something, you know?"

[Aerith G.]

"Cid, you trying to say he's a prince from another world?" Kyo almost laughed at the thought.


Kai slowly woke up and rubbed her eyes.

"Yeah, I know it's strange. He dosen't seem like a prince, but even so, why would he wear regal armor?"

[Aerith G.]

"Yeah. I guess in a way, he reminds me of the people I'm looking."

[ghaleon441]

"You found any clues about your daughter and granddaughter yet?" Michael asked as he walked in.

[Aerith G.]

"Still looking. I know they're in a world somewhere, but I can't figure out where though." Kyo sighed, gripping the silver stone around his stone.

"I'm sure you'll find them soon."

"Yeah. I'll see if I can get a gummi ship up and running. You can go ahead and take off if you want, Michael."

"Ok, Cid. See you tomorrow."

[Aerith G.]

"How long has it been since Micheal came here?"

[ghaleon441]

"It's been about a few months. He still can't seem to remember anything about himself, other than his name and that he's half-keldon, whatever that is."

Michael headed to his house and sat down on the bed, trying to recall his past.

Why would Cid think I'm a prince? There's no way I'd be able to handle that kind of responsibility...

[TwilightBlader]

Shen continued to walk and held his head "I cann't remember much" Shen said

[Aerith G.]

Riku entered their room and saw Kai awake. "Hey, who are you?"

"I..... I don't know......."



Kyo looked toward Cid. "Hey, Cid, I was wondering if you could help me with my search."

"I can help you with the ship, but that's about all I can do. I think it would be better if you took Michael with you. It might help jog his memory."

ooc: I'll be back in a little while.

Kyo nodded and waved at him, heading for his house.

OOC: can I be Sora?

[Aerith G.]

OCC: Yes. you can.

[TwilightBlader]

Shen continued to walk and then dropped to his knees and fell uncouncious

Sora was walking around going to his friend Riku's house when he soon saw Shen "oh no he needs my help" Sora said running up to him and picked him up "riku should know what to do" Sora said

OOC: my posting is going to be slow

Riku tended to both her wounds and her daughter's. "Get some rest," he said, she nodded.

OCC: I might as well take Kairi as well, since she is Namine's somebody.

Michael fell asleep. He tossed and turned as he had a nightmare. In it, he heard people calling him a freak and a demon child.

[Aerith G.]

Kyo changed into his wolf form and stared at the sky, howling.

[ghaleon441]

Michael woke up suddenly.

"I'm not a demon!" He yelled.

[Aerith G.]

Kyo stopped by Michael's window, and stared at him.

[ghaleon441]

Michael clutched his head.

"Why can't I remember anything?"

[Aerith G.]

Kyo ran off and the silver stone around his neck began to shine.

[ghaleon441]

Michael noticed the jade stone he wore around his neck started to shine.

"What the...why is it shining?

[Aerith G.]

Kyo returned to his human form and saw the silver stone shining. "Why..... is it shining?"



Kai began to notice the violet stone she had was shining. "What.......?"

Michael noticed his armor had changed.

Why do I have a dragoon's armor....wait a minute....what's a dragoon?

[Aerith G.]

Kyo noticed he now wore silver armor. "So I'm a dragoon......"



Kai saw that she had violet armor on her body.

[ghaleon441]

What the heck does this mean, that I'm a dragoon, whatever that is?

[Aerith G.]

Kyo went to Micheal's house and quietly entered.

[ghaleon441]

Michael heard someone enter his house.

"Who's there?!"

[TwilightBlader]

Sora knocked on Rikus door "RIKU ANSWer THE DOOR" sora yelled

[ghaleon441]

Michael grabbed his sword and slowly headed downstairs.

[Aerith G.]

Riku opened the door. "What, Sora?"


"Calm down, it's only me, Kyo."

[ghaleon441]

"How did you get in?"

[TwilightBlader]

Sora showed Shen who had his arm around Sora's neck still unconscious "this guys is really hurt we need to help him" Sora said

[Aerith G.]

"I have my ways." Kyo noticed his armor and smiled.


Riku gasped and opened the door wide. "Get him inside!"

[TwilightBlader]

Sora nodded and pulled him inside

Michael noticed Kyo's armor.

"So you're a dragoon too?"

[Aerith G.]

"So it would seem..... I recall the color of the stone is that dragoon's element, Master of Wind."


Riku got the first aid kit and tended Shen's wounds.

"Just what is a dragoon?"

[TwilightBlader]

Sora helped Riku

Shen started to awake "wh-where am I" shen said

[Aerith G.]

"Defenders of the worlds, along with the bearer of the keyblade. Each dragoon has a different element."

"Be quiet," Riku said, "You're badly hurt."

Michael sat down.

"This is just too much."

[TwilightBlader]

"sorry I can't even remember what happened" Shen said

[Aerith G.]

Kyo stared at him. "Don't you want to remember your past?"

[ghaleon441]

"I think so..."

[Aerith G.]

"sorry I can't even remember what happened" Shen said

Riku began to bandage his wounds.


Softly, Kai began to sing something, a song she remembered.

[Aerith G.]

"I think so..."

Kyo sighed. "I'm going out tomorrow to look for my daughter and granddaughter. You should join me, something might jog your memory."

"Sure, that would probably be best."

[TwilightBlader]

"huh" Shen said

"who's that" Sora said

[Aerith G.]

Riku walked to the door and saw Kai singing.


Kyo nodded. "Cid will work on the ship."

[ghaleon441]

"Knowing Cid, he'll be done by morning."

[TwilightBlader]

Sora walked with him and saw Kai "who is she" Sora asked

Shen was able to get up

[Aerith G.]

"Namine found her and her daughter laying by the beach and I found them."


Kyo nodded and walked off. "See ya later then."

Hattori went back upstairs and laid back down.

Shen walked up to them to see who was singing "what a beautiful voice" Shen said

[Aerith G.]

Kyo changed back to his wolf form and ran off.


Kai finished singing and saw everyone at the door. "Yes?"

[ghaleon441]

Hattori remembered that most of the other keldon hated him.

So that's what that dream was about. Just because I'm a half-blood, most of my people hate me....

[TwilightBlader]

Shen walked up to her "who are you" Shen said

[Aerith G.]

"My name..... is Kai....." she said. "But that's all I know."

[TwilightBlader]

"it seems you have lost your memory also. My name is Shen" Shen said and sighed "I sort of feel like we have met before" Shen said

Michael sighed as he couldn't remember anything else.

Maybe I'll get my memory back during this trip.

[Aerith G.]

"Yes....... it does....." Kai turned to the girl next to her.


Kyo stopped by his house and looked at the sky.

Shen looked at the girl "so is she your daughter?" Shen said

Michael couldn't seem to fall back asleep, so he got up and started reading.

[Aerith G.]

"Yes......"


Kyo sighed and laid down.

[ghaleon441]

Michael read some books on keldon history.

[TwilightBlader]

Shen kneeled down to get a better view of the daughter he had forgotten "she sure is cute. So wheres the father" Shen said

[Aerith G.]

"I don't know who the father is...." Kai said.

Riku stared at her.


Kairi entered the house and walked into the room.

Michael dropped the book he was reading as he fell asleep in the chair.

[TwilightBlader]

Shen looked at her "then I will help you not only remember the father is but also find him. I promise" Shen said with a smile

Sora looked behind him and saw Kairi "hey Kairi" Sora said with a smile

Michael woke up the next morning with a painful backache.

"That's the last time I sleep in a chair...."

Cid put the finishing touches on the gummi ship.

[Aerith G.]

"Hey....."


Kyo walked up with his things packed.

[ghaleon441]

Michael grabbed his sword and strapped it to his back before walking out.

[Aerith G.]

"I guess the first spot is the islands where the Key Bearer lives."

[ghaleon441]

"I guess. You know more about this that I do."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo smiled. "Cid, think you handle things alone?"

[ghaleon441]

"Yeah, I can handle things around here while you two are gone."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo nodded and entered the ship.

[ghaleon441]

Michael followed him onto the ship.

[Aerith G.]

Kyo set in the directions to the islands and started the ship.

[ghaleon441]

Michael sat back.

"I remembered something about my life. Most of the keldon hated me because I was a half-blood. Still, there was one person who would talk to me, regardless of that fact."

[Aerith G.]

"Oh, and who was that?"

[ghaleon441]

"I can't remember who she was, or what she looked like. I just remembered how kind she was. I kind of had a crush on her, too, but I didn't have the courage to tell her how I felt about her, and she ended up falling for someone else."

[Aerith G.]

"Is there anything else you remember about her?"

[ghaleon441]

"She had a nice singing voice. I remember that I was devastated the day I went to tell her that I loved her, and she told me that she was pregnant with someone elses child."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo sighed. "I see......."

[ghaleon441]

"I got over it, though. There's no use pining for someone that has eyes for someone else. I think we still ended up being friends."

[Aerith G.]

"It is always hard to see the one you love with somone else and have a family."

[ghaleon441]

"I know. It took me years to finally come to terms with it."

[Aerith G.]

"We're coming to the islands. Something there might help you remember more."

[ghaleon441]

Michael silently nodded.

[Aerith G.]

Kyo landed as Kai and Lenne watched the ocean.

[ghaleon441]

Michael got off the ship.

"This is a nice place."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo followed him and nodded, he saw a woman and her daughter staring at the ocean. "There's some local residents, lets go ask them."

[ghaleon441]

"Uh....you go first. I'm nervous when it comes to talking to people."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo walked over to them. "Excuse me, but a friend and I are looking some people. Are they around here?"

Kai turned to the person who walked to her. "Maybe, I just arrived here a few days ago, I think......"

[ghaleon441]

Michael saw Kai's face and grabbed his forehead.

Why does she look so familiar?

[Aerith G.]

"You know, you look alot like my daughter. Maybe, you can show us around."

"And you remind of someone I know as does your friend. Here's my daughter."

[ghaleon441]

"Your daughter looks a lot like you."

[Aerith G.]

"Yeah, by the way, are you two keldon?"

[ghaleon441]

"We are, but I'm a half-blood."

[Aerith G.]

"Why..... do I feel like I know you? Like we used to talk a lot and be good friends?"

[ghaleon441]

"I get the same feeling from you."

[Aerith G.]

Kai sighed, and began to sing. She remembered singing this song before, to someone.

[ghaleon441]

Michael sat down and listened.

This song...it's so familiar to me. But why? It couldn't possibly be her....

[Aerith G.]

Kyo listened and sighed.

[ghaleon441]

Michael continued to listen as he tried to remember where he heard the song.

[Aerith G.]

Kai tried to remember who she sang this song to.

[TwilightBlader]

Shen was asleep due to his wound he then heard some talking and awoke and looked at Michael "who are you?" Shen asked starting to get up

[Aerith G.]

Kyo saw him and turned to him. "Maybe you and this young woman help us. We're looking for some people."

Riku walked onto the beach. "Who are you are looking for?"


"My daughter and my granddaughter."

"Oh, forgive my rudeness. My name is Michael. Michael Nightroad."

[Aerith G.]

"I'm Kyo Horuma."

Kai nodded. "My name is Kai, my daughter is Lenne."

"Riku."

Kairi walked onto the beach and smiled. "Kairi. And my nobody is Namine."

"Nobody? What's that?"

[Aerith G.]

"It's sort of a dark side of my heart."

[ghaleon441]

"That's interesting." Michael said before pulling a small book out of his armor and putting on a pair of glasses.

[Aerith G.]

Kai looked over at him. "What are you reading, Micheal?" She almost felt like she did that before.

[ghaleon441]

"It's a book on Keldon history and lore. Merlin gave it to me when he found it in Radiant Garden's library. He thought it might help jog my memory."

[TwilightBlader]

Shen got up showing a little pain "my name is Shen" Shen said

[ghaleon441]

"You should take it easy, those injuries look pretty bad. It's weird, but I feel like I've seen you before as well, Shen."

[Aerith G.]

Kai looked at Shen and Micheal. "Hey, Micheal. Why didn't you just ignore the people who called you names?" She gasped, and wondered how she knew that.

Shen nodded "same here" Shen said and then droped on the floor due to the wounds "damn I can't remember how I got these wound but I know I was doing something important when I got these wounds" Shen said

"It's kind of hard to when most of what they're saying is true.....Wait a minute. How did you know about that?"

[Aerith G.]

"It just came to me....... I was with a boy and telling off the people who were calling him names."

[ghaleon441]

"Where they calling him names, like demon child?"

[Aerith G.]

"Demon child, freak. After they left, the boy and I talked for awhile and we became friends."

[ghaleon441]

"I got called names like that, all because I'm a half-blood. For some reason, when I got older, nobody called me names anymore. They were scared to."

[Aerith G.]

"One day, the boy seemed down because I was pegnant with Lenne. And we didn't talk much after her birth."

[TwilightBlader]

"looks like you guys knew each other in the past" Shen said

[ghaleon441]

"He probably was in love with you, but was too scared to tell you how he really felt about you."

[Aerith G.]

"I've always feel I regerted not telling him how I've felt before I got married."

[ghaleon441]

"I've been through the same thing as the boy you've mentioned. I really regret not telling my friend how I truly felt about her. I still love her, but I know we can never be together. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever find someone else to love as much as her."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo looked at him. "Maybe, maybe not."

[ghaleon441]

"I kind of doubt it. Most keldon hate me, as well as most humans. Nobody would want to be with a freak like me."

[Aerith G.]

"You're not a freak! Everyone else may see you that way, but I don't! You're a kind person!"

[ghaleon441]

Michael smiled.

"Thanks."

[Aerith G.]

Kai nodded. "You're welcome."

[ghaleon441]

"Still, when people called me a demon child, they were right. Do you know why there aren't many half-bloods?"

[Aerith G.]

"Why?"

Kyo looked at him.


Kai shook her head.

[ghaleon441]

"It because half-bloods develop what is called a Sanrei, which is keldon for blood demon. From what I read in this book, in the past, any keldon that either fathered or gave birth to a half-blood was executed, and the child was left to die. For some reason, that didn't happen to me, though."

[Aerith G.]

"Someone might have taken you in as a child and raised you." Kairi smiled.

[ghaleon441]

"That's not it. My mother and father raised me. That law was probably thrown out before I was born. If not, I'm sure my father was a noble of some sort, as black wings normally signify keldon nobles."

[Aerith G.]

"Still, the hatred of the half-bloods were in the full bloods and humans."

[ghaleon441]

"That's right. The keldon hated the humans after the war of Tziah. The humans pretty much decimated the keldon and it took centuries to recover."

[Aerith G.]

"When Namine found Kai and Lenne, they had wings. Wasn't the end result for the keldons was that they lose their wings for a certain amount of time?"

[ghaleon441]

"That happened after the war, but keldon nowadays are born with wings. We initially lost our wings due to divine intervention from the gods."

[Aerith G.]

"I see......"

Kyo smiled. "Is there anywhere we can go to talk about this?"

[ghaleon441]

"I'd rather talk inside. It's kind of hot out here, which makes it uncomfortable in this armor."

[Aerith G.]

"Oh, follow me!" Kairi led them to her house.

[ghaleon441]

Michael got up and dusted his armor off before following.

[Aerith G.]

Kyo followed them and smiled.

[ghaleon441]

Michael stretched his wings.

[Aerith G.]

Kairi led them to the living room and everyone got a seat.

[ghaleon441]

Michael sat down and put his book away.

[Aerith G.]

"I've noticed something. You each had a certain stone with you."

[ghaleon441]

"Oh this?" Michael said, pointing to the jade stone around his neck. "This is a dragoon spirit."

[Aerith G.]

"I think there's a story of those stones. They were scattered to many worlds and seven different people were chosen by the spirit within them."

[ghaleon441]

"I remember hearing that too. I can't remember how I got this stone, though."

[Aerith G.]

Kyo stared at his stone.

[ghaleon441]

"We got these dragoon spirits for a reason, though."

[Aerith G.]

"Yes, but the reason is unknown right now."

[ghaleon441]

"It's probably something that will be made clear to us later on."

[Aerith G.]

"Yes......"


"What are the elements of the stones?"

[ghaleon441]

"Mine is wind. Kyo's seems to be holy."

[Aerith G.]

"Mine is lighting. But the stone's color is violet."

[ghaleon441]

"Do you remember how you got your stone?"

[Aerith G.]

"No, not really."

[ghaleon441]

"Can you remember anything else about your past?"

[Aerith G.]

"Just a few memories of that boy, being with my father, and before my memory completely disappeared, I was protecting Lenne from something."

[ghaleon441]

"All I can really remember is my friend. I remember I went to talk to her one day, but everything went black. The next thing I knew, I was in an alleyway in Radiant Garden."

[Aerith G.]

"The town's engieer, Cid, found him and took him under his wing, so to say."

[ghaleon441]

"While I helped out with the restoration, Merlin tried to find out what world I came from."

[Aerith G.]

"Cid thought he was a prince."

[ghaleon441]

"Mainly because of my armor being regal in design. I know I'm a noble, but there's no way I could be a prince."
