Well, I wasn't able to find a single thread on this, so I made one!

I love to cook, my sister teaches me all the time. She is a proffesonal pastry chef & choclatier, so she knows a lot. I prefer to bake, but I can pretty much whip up anything! I have a fully-stocked kitchen, and like over 50 cookbooks ;D

I ADORE cooking and baking. I kind of suck at it, but my dad cooks and bakes a lot so Im learning from him. I can make a mean batch of lemon bars. Delicious

I love to cook, I see it as an excuse to relax and do your own thing...

...However we have little to no recipe books and a very poorly supplied kitchen (can anyone say frozen food hell cos of workin' parents) so I don't get a chance to cook much.

Muffins are a great therapy for relaxing baking =D
