Bascially what the title says.
Anybody who likes to compose electronic music in their spare time? Hip Hop, Techno, Drum n Bass, anything that involves a DAW (Digital audio workstation) really.
I've been attempting to design vintage drum n bass/oldskool ambient jungle(Think of Goldie/LTJ Bukem) for a few months now.
I started(I moved from the basic fundamentals of ejay many years ago) using FL studio 8 5 months ago. Sometimes a bit on the simple fundamental side of it(The FX plugins are mint, but the mixer and levels are ****ing terrible), but it's really easy to design music in it.
Lately, I've been rewiring reason 4 to FL studio, and even more so moving onto reason completely(It's an amazing program). Reason has some of the most fantastic presets I've ever seen. If only they'd allow VST support. >:
I can post some of my stuff, if you want.
So anyway. enough of me drabbling on. Who else does this stuff?
