Ps2 Save Builder: Convert from Ntsc to Pal

Hello everyone.
I have a problem again. Since yesterday, I have my AR Max and I was really impressed to know, that it supports USB. So I came up with the idea to convert my Savegames from Ntsc to Pal (So that I don´t have to change the game disc often). I searched at google and found the "Ps2 Save Builder v0.8"

I tried it with help from videos and guides and I did it all the same like them but my Games say no File on MC...
I don´t know why >.<
Can anyone help me?

I tried this Games: Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria, Persona 3 FES, FF X
