I imagine it would be per minutes on the road, with the pay fluctuating depending on the speed in the area, the time of day, the type of road (Main/intersection) and the proximity of pedestrian crossings or speed bumps.

EXACTLLY!! I think I should definitly get paid to do that! And this isn't ONLY for paid jobs, it also for hobbies! XP
