The problem with the manga would be legality. You need explicit permission from the publisher to release copies of any printed work. Besides, all the manga, with the exception of volume three and up of KHII, is already available online for free.
And if you search on Google you can find loads of free KH stuff, like wallpapers, graphics, and other things like that.
Hell, even one of the members here made a KH toolbar.

free is good considering that we can't afford much nowadays but I still enjoy going through the trouble of looking for it at a bookstore and reading it. It is soooo worth it :3 I'm a geek XD

Onemanga has it for free to they also have kh 358/2 days chapters 0-4
And forums just like these with kh social groups most of wich I'm manager but that's beside th point I heard they want to make an anime or a live action movie
