Driving around? Walking?

Does anyone here like to just drive around? Like after work today, instead of heading home, I wasted half a tank of gas driving around town. I realized I do that a lot. It's relaxing, especially when the radio's on.
I remember I used to walk around town almost daily as a kid with a cd player playing. Does anyone else do anything like that?

........ I'm not allowed to drive yet >.< I'm still in driving school...
But I like sitting in a car a lot, listening to music, looking out of the windows, and if I get bored, counting the passing cars...
Walking... not so much. I'm really lazy, and I hate to move when I don't have to. Biking is okay, sometimes, if you have a goal or something.

Joy rides are always nice. And since I have this little cord that connects my iPod to the radio, it's even better. I'm finding myself walking a lot too, with friends or just by myself. It's always something to do during the day so I'm not just sitting around. :3

I haven't gone on a good o'l joy ride in awhile. It's so fun though. You notice things you wouldn't normally see when you're actually going somewhere. Sadly, I've become such an environmentalist that I just ride my bike and no longer waste the gas on such leisurely activities. I suck.

I always walk around my little town. Especially when I'm with my friends. I can spend a few hours just walking around. I usually bring my Ipod unless I just want to hear the sounds of nature.

But I get around on the Metro bus. Public transportation does wonders.

I haven't gone on a good car drive just for the heck of it in a while, but my grandfather's motto was always come home a different way than you left, which I still swear by.

Sometimes if I have something serious on my mind and need to get away for a bit I'll jump and my car for a bit. But most of the time I'll go for a run.

I usually go for a jog or just walk around my neighborhood to take my mind off certain things. I would drive but I don't wanna waste my gas.
Gas is expensive these days. :<

I do both. The car is not always available to me since I've to share it with my mother. However, both is very relaxing, and peaceful. If going on drives, I usually prefer going down the highways along the beaches. It's a nice scenery and the weather is always nice at the beach. Gives me a chance to stop by the beach and take a walk if I wanted to. Walking is a good way for me to clam down and appreciate the things around me and notice the little things. Whatever is my option at the moment is what I do.

Sometimes I like to drive around for no reason, but mostly I don't unless I have a destination to go to. I mean gas is costly and depending how far or fast I drive, it all depends on those scenerios. I prefer to walk since I enjoy the exercise.

i prefer walking more than driving, because i don't really want to be responsible for the people's lives in my car :P

Okay, I got my license about a month ago, and I absolutely love driving. The problem is, I got all of my lessons during the day, when there was still proper daylight. Now, it gets dark at around 3-4 pm, and it's always raining or sleeting ;_; It's scary as hell, but still quite fun. Now I just wish I could use the car more often.
