My only criticism, although I admit he's skilled, is that the ES is *not* using all of his attacks.

I'm pissed off at the ES because he keeps using three moves that TheGoldCrow just isn't getting in his videos:

1) Attack that disables your ability to use Magic (You have to HIT him to regain this ability)
2) Attack that disbales your ability to melee (You need to use magic or Summon to regain this ability)
3) Worst one: Attack that changes your battle menu to a roulette. Pick the WRONG one, you instantly die.

The ES does these three CONSTANTLY to me, yet not once to TheGoldCrow, not in that vid, not in his vid where he beats the ES using Donald's Flare Force Limit. It's so retarded I can't even begin to explain.

Like I mentioned two of my posts ago, there are three devastating techniques that the ES hasn't been using in ANY of TheGoldCrow's vids, I won't restate them in this post. But it's those three skills that is completely destroying my gameplay.

And if anyone says "Well maybe he avoids them", don't, because avoiding them is *not* possible. I've tried. Both by Aerial Dodging, Dodge Rolling and even Reflectga'ing them. It doesn't work.

Soush, for now, complete all the puzzles and synthesize for as many Boosts as you can get - maybe if you can whittle his HP down quick enough you'll be able to defeat him without him using those attacks.

I'm assuming TheGoldCrow is only recording 'lucky' fights; i.e. ones where the ES doesn't use those techniques. But given the consistency of them in my battles, I'm really skeptical about why I don't see it once ever in his vids, and he has at least three sucessful vids on Youtube with him beating him, and not once did he get hit with one of those.

And yeah, that's what I'm doing now. I've decided to gather boost ups and come back to it. If The ES doesn't wanna play fair (evil laugh), then I shall return the favour. I made sure to keep a separate save with my initial stats just in case I wanna try again.

I did notice though that TheGoldCrow's STR is slightly higher than mine (his attacks seem to do slightly more damage than mine right now, I've compared them), so perhaps he used a little more Power Ups than I have.

That shall change though. XD

Once you memorize where to get the materials, it's easy. I made my Power Ups by goign to Tron, fighting all the big purple ones, then leaving to the Lab and going through the hallways and fighting Red Nocturnes, then going to TWTNW and making a 1-way trip through the fortress and I had everything for about 3 power boosts!

Also, is it true that your stats can go past 100 in FM+?

With Forms, yes, you can go over. But I'm not sure about Sora's base Form... I haven't tried. o.o

The reason I ask is I think in one video, the Gold Crow said during the video his strength was 73 and Defense 123 and magic something else. I'm just wondering... it could be a massive advantage.

Well that would explain the extra dmg, because my STR is 71 at the moment. And for 123 defense, he sure got beaten to 1HP pretty fast on many occasions. XD

I also noticed his Donald hardly dies (if he did at all). My Donald dies so fast it's ridiculous. Donald needs to learn to stay back and play healer like he should be doing. XD

If you have enough Elixirs, you coudl spam limits and kill him... plus I think the Gold Crown gives you MP Hastega, and Ultima Weapon, and if you equip another MP Haste your MP will recharge really quick. So if you have 6 elixirs on you, use them all up with Ultima, then Glide around all over the place until your MP is recharged (which should be quick with all those Hastes) and then Ultima again. Then when he has 2 or so left, unleash Final Form with all Form Boosts equipped. Yay!

Also, can forms got o level 9 now, so you can get field abilities to level MAX? If so, do that. (Although you probably have.)

The form levels are still the same as they were before.

And I don't think you can set Donald to 'stay back'. You can only set how often he uses spells.

I tried the limit method that TheGoldCrow did with Duck Flare/Flare Force, but my Donald actually is a professional at dying, so most my MP goes to just curing the dude, and then I have to bust out the ether to speed up my MP recovery. By the time it's up, Donald's down again.

As well, you can't get the Gold Crown until you've beaten all 3 challenges (Data fights, ES, and XIII Mushrooms), meaning I can't get it until the ES is beaten already.

Ah, alright... that sucks. Also, in the I Beat the Knight thread it seems like there's an easy way to get boosts. I haven't confirmed it yet, but...

If it's true, I'd work on Donald's Defense before you did yours XD
