need help downloading codes off codejunkies.

i cant download codes anymore, i did it once but now it does'nt work, when i try to get the codes the AR max freezes, i tryed a new memory card but that did'nt help, i tryed taking out any USBs in the PS2, i even tryed taking my PS2 apart and cleaning everything out, but no matter what i do nothing works, any ideas?

i personally think the taking apart ur PS2 was a BAD idea. and i think the customer service for AR Max can help u alot more than we can
