can anyone tell me how to make a sprite animation with GIMP?

Look up some animation tuts....
It should be easy enough to learn.

i try to cut something...it takes the WHOLE thing -_-

Get a sprite sheet that has a transparent bg......
Get the one you want and place it where you want.....
Then erase all of the others......
Then convert to .GIF and do it again, witha different one.....
You can change the speeds in the layers pallet, by changing the name.

and now i cant a transparent sprite sheet of Sora -_-
this is annoying
