BlueRay is bull

So I have a blue ray disc, will it work on my normal DVD player or computer too? I don't want to screw either devices, and I can't return the DVD. I don't have a special blue ray player either. Help?

 

Sorry to disappoint you, but no it won't work in standard dvd players and computers. What you can do is go to someone who has a blu-ray player or go to an internet cafe (maybe they have blu-ray in their computers) and rip the blu-ray to the hard drive, and then burn the image you have ripped to a normal dvd.

 

Can you rip it off using a normal disc drive? Or can you install a new one?

 

You can't rip the blu-ray with a normal disc drive. I didn't understand your second question! Install a new what?

 

@_@ Install a blue ray ripper without having to buy a whole new damned computer. Other wise my only option is to try and get the files somehow over the internet.

 

you need a new blue ray drive for your computer, and they cost a shiny penny atm.
if you dont own a ps3, or any blue ray player in general then just stick with DVD's for awhile.
