What are good places to max out characters in Dynasty Warriors 4?

Okay, so in Dynasty Warriors 3, there were various areas to max out life, Musou, attack, and defense, but that most favorites were/are The Yellow Turban Rebellion for life and Musou and The Siege of He Fei Castle for attack and defense. The Yellow Turban Rebellion is actually the only one with two life-ups and Musou-ups, which always give you +10. If both are obtained it's +20 life and Musou per run. Attack and defense go anywhere from +1 to +8.

Which stages are good for maxing out stats in Dynasty Warriors 4? For life and Musou, is there a stage that has two life-ups and two Musou-ups?

I can actually pretty much max out attack if I do a full Musou mode under Wei, Wu, or Shu. There's no chance to max out attack or defense for the un-allied forces since their Musou modes are short.
