Well it is good that you try out n_n :

-Try work on the positions so the body parts look more natural and similar to each other.
-Take with the characters signs like you know L have dark rings under his eyes and his hair is standing right up in the back of his head.Basicaly his characteristics
-Try making it look like a person with forms, give him some forms that way he will look a little more natural
-I like the neck and the way you coloured the nails
-Try making the body parts the same lenght(like the arms)

Just keep going and try to draw as much as you can and I am sure you will become a great drawer n_n.

Work on your proportions. Head to waist is as large as waist to feet, arms spread straight out is as long as the body. Shoulders should be able to fit three heads. Neck should be coming from the ears, curve in, then curve out.

Define him and bring out the masculine features. Make the nose larger and more detailed, and male characters have a lump on their neck.

Like K a i r i said, bring out his characteristics as well.

When I draw and do positioning, I draw out a stick figure, then draw circles for the feet, head, hands, etc. Then I draw the body out of that.

But my positions usually suck because I can't draw hands so I try to hide them. xDDD
